Processing and shipping time

Please allow 1-5 business days for your order to dispatch. Due to high volumes during busy seasons, shipments may occasionally be delayed.

Shipments will take 2-15 business days depending on the delivery location.

Customer service

To return an item or order, please contact us with your order number and the reason for return within 30 days of the shipping date. Please make sure you keep all of the original packaging.

If you would like to exchange a product, we will mail you the new item(s) upon receiving a tracking number for your returned item(s). 

All return and exchange postage fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on digital products. But please contact us if you have a problem with your order.

Please do not return the items without first contacting us. We will provide you with the return address upon accepting your return/exchange request. Please be prepared to send us a photo of the item(s) upon request.
